INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup canola oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl – sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
- Stir in the chocolate chips with the dry ingredients to coat them in the powder.
- Add in eggs, vanilla, and oil and stir until combined.
- Spread batter into a greased 8×8 pan.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until just an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
