1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, fork-beaten 2 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 cups milk
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg slightly in small bowl. Mix in oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Add more or less milk to make thicker or thinner pancakes. Makes 12.
